My time is limited this morning as usual, but this line from a Health Affairs article hits me wrong.
The expanded Medicaid and private insurance coverage are expected to increase demand for health care significantly, particularly for prescription drugs and physician and clinical services.

The expanded Medicaid and private insurance coverage are expected to increase accessibility of health care significantly, particularly for prescription drugs and physician and clinical services.
See the difference?
This illustrates the subtlety with which opponents of better health care spin arguments regarding costs.
